Who lives at Herron House?

Students currently enrolled at Herron or who have been admitted to Herron may apply to live in Herron House. Students live in fully-furnished, four-bedroom, two bath shared apartments. Take a virtual tour and see a ground plan.

How to apply

1. Complete the Campus Housing Application available at www.housing.iupui.edu and check “Herron House” on the application.

2. Return the application with the application fee to IUPUI Office of Housing and Residence Life. If you are applying for the fall semester, the priority deadline for your application is April 1. Please note that housing fills quickly and applying by April 1 does not guarantee housing on campus. Students are strongly encouraged to apply early for housing. Applications for the spring semester are accepted based on space availability. There is not a set application deadline for the spring semester.
